What You Pay
And When
The price on the product page is the price you pay — no tax at checkout, no shipping fee, no handling charge. Payment is taken in full when you order, because the piece doesn't exist until it's paid for.
Also Discover, Diners Club and JCB. Credit or debit.
One tap if you've saved details with Shop before.
iPhone, iPad and Safari. Face ID or Touch ID.
Android and Chrome, with your saved card.
Prices and currency
Every price is in US dollars (USD) and it's the full amount charged. Shipping is free on every order and no sales tax is added at checkout. The figure on the product page is the figure on your statement.
One thing outside our control: your own bank. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and a foreign transaction fee. That charge comes from them, we never see it, and they can tell you what it is.
We don't accept cheques, bank transfers, cash on delivery, cryptocurrency or purchase orders. If none of the four options above work for you, write to us.
When you're charged
Payment is authorised and captured in full the moment you place the order. No deposits, no split payments. Every item is made specifically for your order, so your payment is what sends it to production — there's no stock to reserve.
A confirmation with a full breakdown lands in your inbox straight away. Keep it: the order number makes any future email much faster to answer.
On your statement the charge appears as Wild Hollow Co. or a close variation. If you don't recognise it, check with anyone else who has the card, then email us and we'll look it up.
How your card details are handled
Checkout runs on Shopify's payment infrastructure, PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the standard the card networks require of banks. Card numbers are encrypted in transit and go straight to the processor.
We never receive, see or store your full card number. What we see on an order is your name, delivery address, email and the last four digits. That's what fulfilment needs and nothing more.
When a payment doesn't go through
| Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|
| Typo in number, expiry or CVC | Re-enter the card details |
| Billing address doesn't match your bank's record | Check the billing address first — it's the usual culprit |
| Insufficient funds or card limit reached | Try another card, or Apple Pay / Google Pay |
| Bank blocking an unfamiliar or international merchant | Call your bank — one word from you usually clears it |
A declined payment means no order was created and nothing goes to production. If you see a pending charge for an order that failed, it's an authorisation hold rather than a payment — it drops off on its own, typically within three to five business days.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Production begins almost immediately, so we can only cancel and refund in the first few hours. Email us right away — the sooner you write, the better the odds. Once an item is in production it can't be stopped, because it's already being made for you.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We can't send them anywhere else — that's a card network rule, not a preference. Expect five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
If something arrived wrong or damaged you don't need a refund conversation first: keep the item, send a photo, and we'll replace it. Detail on the Returns & Replacements page.
Before you dispute a charge
One email nearly always sorts it faster than a chargeback. A dispute takes weeks through your bank, and in the meantime we can't send a replacement or fix the actual problem. We can usually do both the same day.
We take fraud seriously in the other direction too. Orders that trip our processor's checks may be held for verification and we may ask you to confirm a detail before release. It's rare, it's quick, and it protects you as much as us.

Include your order number and the last four digits of the card. Never email a full card number — we don't need it and can't use it.
