Made After
You Order
Free shipping on every order — no minimum, nothing added at checkout. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so there are two clocks running: the time to make it and the time to ship it.
Confirmation email, and your order goes to the production partner closest to you.
Printed and quality-checked. Large orders and the holiday rush sit at the longer end.
Tracking number by email once it leaves the facility. Most parcels beat this.
Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Weekend orders start Monday.
Where we ship
All 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is free on every order — the cost is built into our prices, so the number on the product page is the number you pay.
We don't ship internationally yet. If you're outside the US and want a piece, write to us and we'll tell you when that changes.
Tracking
We email a tracking link as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Give it 24 to 48 hours to show movement — carriers often scan a label into the system well before the parcel physically moves.
If tracking hasn't updated in more than five business days, that's worth an email. Send us your order number and we'll chase it.
Why an order might arrive in two parcels
Different garments are made on different machines, sometimes in different facilities. Order a tee and a denim jacket together and they may be produced in two places and shipped separately.
You'll get a tracking number for each, and they may arrive a few days apart. Nothing is missing — the rest is still on its way. If one lands and the other hasn't shown up within a week, tell us.
Your address matters more than you'd think
An incorrect address is the one thing we can't fix for free. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, our production partners won't replace it at no cost, and because the item was made specifically for you we can't resell it. A reprint would have to be charged.
Production starts almost immediately, so an address can only be corrected in the first few hours. Spot a mistake and email us right away — once an item is in production it can't be stopped.
Delays we can't control
| What causes it | What we do |
|---|---|
| Severe weather and natural disruption | Chase the carrier and keep you posted |
| Carrier backlogs, especially November and December | Email you if your order runs noticeably behind |
| A blank garment temporarily out of stock | Reroute to another facility where we can |
| An item failing quality control | Reprint automatically, at our cost |
Every estimate on this page is an estimate, not a guarantee. Once a parcel is with the carrier its journey is out of our hands — but chasing it isn't, and we will. You can always ask for a status update; we'd rather you asked than waited.
Lost, or marked delivered
Never arrived
Two checks solve most cases: confirm the address on your confirmation email, and ask at your local post office or carrier pickup point. Parcels are often held there with no card left, or turn up with a neighbour.
If it still can't be found 30 days after dispatch, email us within the following week so we can open a claim with the carrier and our production partner. Past that window the claim can't be filed and we lose the ability to replace it for free.
Marked delivered, nothing there
Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered a day before it lands. Wait 48 hours, check with anyone else at the address and any safe-drop spots, then get in touch with your order number.
Something wrong with what arrived
Damaged, flawed, or simply not what you ordered — you don't need to send anything back. Keep it, take a photo, email it to us. The Returns & Replacements page explains what we need and what we'll replace.

An order in transit, an address that needs changing, anything this page doesn't cover. Order number in the subject line gets you a faster answer.
