Terms & Conditions

You must be 18 or older to order. We ship to United States addresses only — orders for delivery elsewhere are cancelled and refunded.

Product listings are an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is the offer, and our confirmation email only acknowledges we received it. The contract forms when we send the item to production. Before that we may decline an order — if the item is unavailable, the price was wrong, we can't ship to your address, or our fraud checks flag it — and refund you in full.

Everything is printed to order. Screens differ from print, and two items printed on different days may differ slightly. Variation within normal tolerance is not a fault:

• Minor colour difference between screen and print
• Print placement variation up to roughly half an inch
• Measurements within one inch of the published size guide
• A faint smell on new printed garments, which washes out
• Small variation in embroidery stitch density

Size guides are on each product page and checking them is your responsibility — we can't exchange for a different size. Designs may be withdrawn at any time and we're not obliged to reprint a retired one.

All prices are in US dollars and are the full amount payable. Shipping is free and no sales tax is added at checkout.

New designs launch at their lowest price for seven days, then rise. This is a genuine structure, not a countdown that resets — once a launch window closes, that price doesn't come back.

Price changes never affect an order already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price — a clear mistake, not merely a good deal — we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil, and we'll tell you first. If the correct price is lower, you pay the lower.

We accept cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken in full when you order, because production begins immediately and there's no stock to reserve.

You confirm the payment method is yours or that you have permission to use it. Cards issued outside the United States may attract bank conversion rates and foreign transaction fees that we neither set nor receive.

Items are typically made in 2–7 business days and delivered in a further 3–8. These are estimates, not guarantees, and time is not of the essence in this contract. Orders may be split across facilities and arrive in separate parcels with their own tracking.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. That address is your responsibility — if a parcel is lost or returned because it was incomplete or incorrect, we're not obliged to replace or refund it, and a reprint would be chargeable.

You may cancel for a full refund only before your order enters production, usually within a few hours of ordering. Email us immediately and we'll do what we can. Once production has begun the item is being made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, report it within 30 days of delivery by email, with your order number and clear photographs.

You choose a refund or a replacement. All items must be returned. We'll send you the return address once we've reviewed your photos — don't post anything before we have. Return postage is at your cost, and we act once the item reaches us.

Not covered

Change of mind, or ordering the wrong size or colour. There are no returns or exchanges on those grounds.

The full process is on the Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All artwork, photography, text and site layout belong to us or our licensors. Buying a product buys you the product, not the artwork on it. You own the physical item and may wear, gift and resell that individual piece. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy or print our designs onto anything
• Sell, license or distribute our artwork, physical or digital
• Use our designs commercially, including in your own products or branding
• Scan or digitise the artwork to recreate it
• Remove or alter any credit, label or mark we've applied

Our name and logo are our trade marks. If you believe something here infringes your intellectual property, email us and we'll look into it promptly.

Photos you send us

You keep ownership. You grant us permission to use them only to assess and process your claim with our production partners. We won't publish them or use them in marketing without asking you first.

You may not place fraudulent orders or use a payment method that isn't yours, scrape or systematically extract content, interfere with the site's security or availability, resell our products commercially without written agreement, or misrepresent a fault to obtain a replacement you're not entitled to.

We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts where we reasonably believe any of that has happened. If you hold an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it — tell us promptly if someone else has access.

We're responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost profit, business, revenue, opportunity or anticipated savings; indirect or consequential loss; carrier delays or events outside our control; or loss arising from an incorrect address you supplied.

Where we are liable, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Never excluded

Liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Events outside our control

We're not liable for delay caused by severe weather, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, epidemic, strike, carrier or supplier failure, outage or government action. If such an event significantly delays your order, you may cancel for a full refund of anything undelivered.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you ordered.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Belgian law and the Belgian courts have jurisdiction. As a consumer you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections where you live, and may bring proceedings locally where the law gives you that right. EU customers can use the Commission's dispute platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Everything else. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing something immediately doesn't waive it later. These terms, with the Returns, Shipping, Payment, Cookie and Privacy pages, are the whole agreement. We may transfer our rights to another business without affecting yours; you may not transfer yours without our agreement. Nobody other than you and us has rights under this contract.
